SKYDIVE: Min age 14 years. Max weight 100kg. $35 APF (Australian Parachute Federation) membership levy to be paid on day of skydiving.
REEF: Services subject to weather. Min age for diving 12 years. $5.50 Environmental Management Fee to be paid on day of reef trip.
RAFTING: Min age 13 years. $25 payable on day of Barron River raft and $30 payable on day of Tully river raft for water release fee and government taxes.
BUNGY: Min age 10 years. Min weight 45 kg. $10 pay on board fee on day of Bungy jump.
ATV: Min age 12 years. $15 ATV insurance levy and other fees.

If you are not waiting at the pickup point for the coach service to collect you at the date and time specified in your booking, then you will be listed as having "failed to load".
This can sometimes cost you a cancellation fee. If you have been listed as "failed to load" you will need to contact the relavent operator to discuss further options.
If a package booking is cancelled more than 7 days prior to the date that the first product or service is to be provided, the price paid will be refunded in full. If a package booking is cancelled within 7 days of the date that the first product or service is to be provided, all monies paid will be forfeited. If a day tour is cancelled more than 48 hours before the tour is to be provided, the price paid will be refunded in full. If a day tour is cancelled within 48 hours before the tour is to be provided, the total price paid will be forfeited. If any tour is to be cancelled due to fault of the operator and is part of a package, only that part of the package price will be refunded.
Products bought here at ATours are delivered by third parties and are subject to the terms and conditions of supply of those parties. Prior to purchasing any product you should ensure that you have read & understood our terms & conditions as making your purchase you are entering into a contract which includes these terms & conditions.
ATours has used information supplied by third parties and in supplying that information to you ATours is acting as the agent of such parties. Irrespective of any measures taken to ensure the accuracy of such information at the time of publication of the information, ATours disclaims and will be exempt from liability in respect of anything misleading, false, incomplete, inaccurate, or erroneous and all resulting direct or consequential loss, expense, damage, disappointment, inconvenience, delay, shock, illness, injury or death, however caused.
All products and services on ATours website are supplied or operated by third party suppliers ("Operators") not ATours. ATours does not control the manner in which such products are supplied by Operators, nor does ATours determine the terms and conditions of supply of such products. ATours disclaims and will be exempt from any liability for anything to do with the supply of such products. This includes without limitation liability for any loss or damage, personal injury, death, delay, disappointment, economic loss or expense or consequential loss (whether in tort, in contract, under statute or otherwise), for any default, failure, negligence or error on the part of any Operator or arising from the withdrawal from sale, cancellation, failure to provide, variation, or substitution of any product or delays in respect of the delivery of any product or a change of Operator. If despite these provisions, it is found that ATours is liable to pay compensation then such liability is limited to the cost of providing the service in respect of which the liability arises again.
FITNESS & HEALTH
While you do not need to have prior experience to partake in any of the activities and tours marketed by ATours, good health and a positive attitude are essential. Further, some medical or physical conditions (including pregnancy) may preclude participation in some activities. To avoid disappointment you should raise any concerns in this regard prior to booking.
ACCOMMODATION
Should the advertised accommodation not be available, ATours reserves the right to place our clients in alternate accommodation of a similar or upgraded standard.
PRICING
Prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable. Prices do not include Pay On Board levies which are payable to each operator.
